What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.

This includes:

• Seams coming apart

• Zippers not working properly

• Stitching defects

• Material flaws not caused by wear and tear

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage (cuts, burns, stains, etc.)

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification

• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

Warranty Period

• Warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

• After the 6-month period, any issues are considered regular wear and tear.

How to File a Warranty Claim

• Email us at  ganimenterprises@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

• Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

• If approved, we’ll offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A store credit, depending on item availability

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to determine whether damage is covered under warranty.

• Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

• Warranty coverage is only valid for original purchasers (not transferable).
