Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Final-sale items (e.g., discounted below a certain threshold or marked “non-returnable”) can only be exchanged for store credit or another product—not refunded.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate wear, swimwear (without protective liner), and personal care items are non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.


Return Method

  • Initiate your return via our dedicated returns portal (link below)—no need to email or call.

  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided based on your location.

  • Please include your order number and return reason.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers cover the return shipping for general returns. 

  • If items are damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is on us—we’ll provide a prepaid label.

  • Exchanges are eligible for a free return label, and you’ll only pay the difference for a new item (if any).


Refunds & Store Credit

  • After we receive your return (typically within 7–14 business days), we will process your refund/exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For exchanges, once the returned item arrives, we’ll ship the new item (if in stock); otherwise, we issue store credit.


Exceptions & Special Cases

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Wear and tear during the return shipping process may affect eligibility for a full refund or exchange.


How to Make a Return

  1. Visit the portal: https://shopify.com/64027394247/account

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason.

  4. Download and print your return shipping label.

  5. Pack the items securely, attach the label, and ship.

  6. Watch for confirmation email; we’ll update you when the refund or exchange is processed.
